Other
- If you do not have a referral letter [medical care information provision form] (*excluding referral letters from osteopath, orthopedic clinic and acupuncture), you will need to pay a separate “selective medical treatment fee (first visit 7,700 yen (tax included): own cost)”. However, the following cases are excluded.
・If you are seen as requiring life support.
・Even if it is the first department to receive medical examination, it is still being treated in another department of this hospital.
・When various public expenses are received for a specific disease or disorder.
・If you are eligible for medical assistance under the Welfare Act. - Our hospital checks the insurance card once a month.
- Please note that the order may change depending on the symptoms.
- Our hospital promotes referrals (reverse referrals) to local medical institutions.
